- eat fruit snacks. - **this is a mostly remote role****-the Supply Planer expected to attend in -person meetings in Cabra Figa about 3 times a month****Job Overview and Main Goals**We are seeking an experienced Supply Planer. You will report to the Purchasing Manager/ Planning manager and be part of a knowledgeable, committed and collaborative team. You will also have the opportunity to participate in new product development and build fruitful relationships with suppliers!**Responsibilities**:

- Be accountable for master data for materials planning and
- Place and track replenishment and production orders based upon agreed S&OP forecast, lead times, capacity availability and inventory
- Support Supply Planning Manager in partnering with Product and Technology groups to validate feasibility of
- long term supply
- Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain issues and variances and define corrective action plans to avoid
- Implement and maintain inventory and material management strategies, to be on target and monitor actuals
- Anticipate out of stock situations or shortages of supply and recommend and implement mitigating
- Do product lifecycle management and project management for new
- Ensure all processes are properly documented at our collaborative workspace (Notion)**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Professional Technical Courses)- CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods)
- 5+ years of professional experience in planning and operations, supply chain and logistics, supplier
- Demonstrated ability to use ERP systems within a production
- Communication skills to communicate in writing and verbally with a wide range of people, roles and
- Anticipate Forecasting deviations, immediate customer demands, and probable future sales to maintain balance between fulfillment and replenishment
- Inventory management capabilities to leverage software and company assets to promote a healthy supply chain with a steady flow of goods and
- Demonstrated analytical and
