Key Responsibilities

Working closely with the International teams to implement local and group IT policies.

Manage the fleet of Workstations (Windows 11) and Servers (Windows Server 2019 and 2022).

Managing the IT network, including hardware and software solutions (Palo Alto and Fortigate firewalls, VLANs, DNS, DHCP).

Administer the backup solution (Veeam Backup and Replication) and the backup management process.

Administer User Accounts (Active Directory), Electronic Messaging (Office365), and security solutions,

Administer the virtualization solution (VMWare ESX 6. 7)

Creating and maintaining scripts for automating tasks and distributing software

Analyzing Trouble Tickets, Diagnosing and Solving Hardware and Software Problems

Drawing up functional and technical specifications for the intended developments in the company's systems;

Developing, testing and documenting the developments made;

What You Need To Succeed

Degree in Computer Science / Management Informatics, or specialized training in the area

Proven experience in systems administration functions in a business environment;

Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems

Experience in installing hardware and software

Experience in managing Azure and Azure
AD

Proven experience in administering VMWare, Veeam, Anti-Virus, MS Active Directory, Office365, DHCP, DNS, VLANs and WSUS solutions

Experience in configuring and managing Palo Alto and Fortigate firewalls

Experience in automating tasks using scripting (VB Script / Power
Shell)

Experience in diagnosing and resolving software and hardware problems

Autonomous, demanding and proactive;

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English;
