? What you'll do:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux and/or Windows servers;
  
  
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and group policies;
  
  
• Monitor system performance and availability using appropriate tools;
  
  
• Support the implementation and verification of backup and disaster recovery procedures;
  
  
• Apply system updates, patches, and perform routine maintenance tasks;
  
  
• Provide
  - level technical support for incidents not resolved by the helpdesk;
  
  
• Collaborate on infrastructure improvement, virtualization, and migration projects;
  
  
• Maintain and update internal technical documentation;
  
  
• Work closely with
  - functional IT teams, including security, networking, and development.

? What we're looking for:

• Academic background in a relevant technological field (e. G. , Computer Engineering, Information Systems);
  
  
• Solid knowledgeof Linux with at least 1 year of
  - on experience;
  
  
• Understanding of systems engineering and system administration principles;
  
  
• Experience withvirtualization technologies (preferably KVM and/or VMware);
  
  
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English;
  
  
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
