YOUR ROLE

• Analyze customer needs and develop a set of system requirements.
• Determine how existing systems might meet emerging requirements.
• Troubleshooting, diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and other system problems.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and develop system specifications.
• Ensure system compatibility with existing infrastructure.
• Identify and resolve software and hardware issues.
• Document system designs effectively.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction with solutions.
• Knowing how to read internal communication circuits - network.

Key Requirements

• University degree or equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Communications Engineering, Telecommunications or related.
• Good understanding of radio and digital communications systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, identifying root causes.
• Experience in
  - level and
  - level design documentation.
• Proficient in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.

NICE TO HAVE

• Operational and technical knowledge of designing and managing computer systems in a virtual environment.
