Your role
For our offices in Rossio, Lisbon, we are recruiting a Junior Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding specialist for our Recruitment & Selection team, focusing on retail profiles for our Sunglass Hut stores.
Main responsibilities
- Searching for and selecting candidates through Linked
In and other job portals; - Screening CVs and applications;
- Identifying and contacting the best candidates (job boards, social media, events, etc. ) who match internal needs;
- Guiding candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience regardless of the outcome;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with candidates from identification to the recruitment process;
- Creating and managing communities with candidates after the recruitment process;
- Understanding the needs and requirements of the role to find the best candidate for each vacancy;
- Creating and maintaining relationships with schools in line with our Employer Branding strategy;
- Managing Trainee vacancies at different Universities and Business Schools for our future trainees;
Main requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related fields;
- At least 6 months' previous experience in recruitment in a dynamic and changing environment;
- Eligible for Activar Internship - IEFP;
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
- Strong knowledge of English and knowledge of Spanish will be a plus;
- Strong problem‑solving skills, analytical thinking and attention to detail;
- Proactive, curious and innovative approach, positive attitude and collaborative spirit;
