Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist
We’re looking for a motivated and resourceful Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team and support the hiring of
- tier professionals. If you're early in your recruitment career and eager to grow your skills in a

You’ll bring your first solid year of recruitment experience and take it to the next level. You’ll support the headhunting and hiring process while stepping into more strategic,
- functional, and
- critical roles. Working alongside senior recruiters and hiring managers, you’ll help shape sourcing strategies, craft tailored outreach, and ensure a smooth,
- focused experience. This is a great next step for someone ready to grow beyond volume hiring and gain exposure to a broader range of profiles, markets, and tools; all while contributing to the team’s impact from day one.

Your Day to Day
- Proactively source candidates across platforms (Linked
In, job boards, internal tools). - Write compelling outreach messages and engage candidates from first contact through offer.
- Conduct initial outreach and
- screening interviews to assess candidate fit. - Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clarity and context.
- Coordinate interviews, provide timely updates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Gather candidate feedback and maintain engagement throughout the recruitment process.
- Support offer stages by collecting salary expectations, notice periods, and assisting with offer coordination.
- Contribute to tracking key recruitment metrics and using insights to enhance strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and colleagues to ensure alignment throughout the hiring journey.
- Adapt quickly to changes in process and business priorities.
What You Bring to the Table
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience
- Eligible for IEFP Talento+ Training program
- Experience with direct sourcing and a creative mindset for reaching passive talent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - you know how to build rapport and influence.
- Comfortable working with recruitment KPIs and data to improve outcomes.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Power
Point). - A collaborative, proactive attitude and the desire to grow
