About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Sourcing Intern to focus on identifying and attracting
- quality professionals for junior roles across various sectors. In collaboration with our global Talent Sourcing team, this role will support both Global Services & Specialty Businesses, leveraging new channels to identify, engage, and assess critical talent. The successful candidate will lead the creation of strong talent pipelines for future growth across
- priority roles.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Partner with team members to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and identification strategies.

• Sourcing passive candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, and talent mapping.

• Generate candidate interest through creative marketing and messaging.

• Provide an initial screen and assessment of a candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and overall fit with the role.

• Clearly articulate and sell our value proposition during candidate screening calls.

• Build talent pipelines to fill current and future roles by leveraging user groups and online platforms.

• Actively track, manage, and report on candidate pipelines using various tools.

• Provide regular updates to team members on sourcing progress.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in sourcing and/or research, preferably in a recruitment setting.

• Strong research and candidate generation skills.

• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong understanding of social media and its potential for recruitment.

• Able to articulate and understand specific role requirements.

• Polished interview skills and confident telephone manner.

• Ability to manage multiple searches through strong project management and prioritization skills.

• Capacity to
