Job Description

- organized and independent recruiter? Do you like to work on your own projects? Do you enjoy being a part of an international team?
In the Talent Acquisition team, we focus on recruiting the best candidates for the Shared Service area. We partner with our business to strengthen their teams through hiring solutions for fresh talents. Our activities include recruiting, attending career fairs, coffee chats, coordinating employer branding activities, giving presentations, and more.
Your main objective will be managing the recruitment lifecycle for employees of our Shared Service Centre in Braga (screening, interviewing, assessing, and recommending candidates).
You will develop candidate pools by engaging actively on social media and through various databases.
Being the main point of contact for hiring managers to understand their needs will be a major part of your role.
Search expertise, candidate experience moderation, and initiating improvements are also expected from you.
A rewarding aspect of the job will be traveling to job fairs (or virtual ones), giving presentations to graduates, attending coffee chats, and more, all aimed at promoting Eurofins' brand.

Qualifications
Education: You should hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
Language skills: Excellent English and fluent Portuguese are required.
Experience: Prior recruitment experience in an international organization is necessary.
Your profile: You should be an independent recruiter comfortable with complex tasks, and a team player.
Additional asset: Experience managing social media.
