Tax Compliance Analyst – Sovos Latinoamérica

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for your own portfolio of clients.
• Validate Client Insurance Premium Tax data using in‑house software.
• Confirm tax amounts due to clients.
• Create accurate tax returns for clients.
• Ensure all data is accurate and returns are submitted within strict deadlines.
• Develop and foster a close working relationship with all clients.
• Attend client meetings as appropriate.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of client service experience preferred; previous accounting or finance experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (mandatory) and other MS Office products.
• First‑class attention to detail, data accuracy, and deadline management.
• Ability to prioritize a working schedule that ensures returns are filed within legal timeframes.
• Capability to work independently in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Team player with a "can do" attitude.
• Willingness to learn new skills as business needs dictate.
• Additional European languages an advantage; opportunity to use them.
