Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of AV/ADAS testing projects, including timelines, resource allocation, and reporting
• Supervise and guide small field and testing teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards, test protocols, and deadlines
• Use knowledge of the local market, infrastructure, and regulations to support site selection and optimize test operations
• Monitor testing quality and data accuracy, troubleshoot operational issues, and escalate challenges to senior management when needed
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, safety, operations, project management) to align fieldwork with project objectives
• Contribute to training sessions for test operators and field staff, providing feedback to improve performance and safety compliance
• Prepare status updates, safety logs, and project documentation for management and regulatory review

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, automotive testing, field operations, or team leadership
• Strong understanding of local traffic regulations, safety protocols, and infrastructure relevant to AV/ADAS testing
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage small teams effectively under tight deadlines
• Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with test management or data collection tools is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a team coordinator, project assistant, or junior lead in automotive, mobility, or technology projects
• Familiarity with AV/ADAS systems, sensor technologies (Li
  DAR, radar, cameras), or test data platforms
• Safety certification or training related to vehicle testing is a strong asset
• Fluency in multiple local languages is an advantage
