Overview
As a Junior Team Lead at Qualitest Group, you will collaborate with other Team Leads (TLs) in managing the
-
- day activities of a team of 5‑15 trained employees working on a confidential project focused on improvements of universally used products. You will be responsible for their development and their relationship with the company and stakeholders. This role also includes a focus on Data Quality within the project, leveraging analytical and problem‑solving skills to ensure high data standards.
Responsibilities
- Team Management & Leadership
- Manage between 5 and 15 trained employees, responsible for all areas of management.
- Provide ongoing mentorship, serving as a source of knowledge and technical mentor to the team.
- Manage project artifacts and milestones, and contribute to ad‑hoc project management tasks.
- Elaborate periodic reports of team activities and deliverables.
- Contribute to quarterly planning, forecasting, and delivery.
- Work closely with Quality Leads and other Team Leads on all team’s methodologies and processes.
- Ensure team adherence to corporate policies and rules.
- Stakeholder and Process Management
- Manage stakeholder expectations and relationships.
- Handle team communications, including ongoing reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Contribute to project methodology implementation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Write and review documentation.
- Data Quality and Analysis
- Work with data engineers and other stakeholders to implement permanent solutions and prevent recurrence of issues analysed.
- Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and assist in defining data ownership and stewardship.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve data collection, storage, and processing workflows. Suggest and implement changes to enhance data quality and streamline data management processes.
