What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Junior Technical Support Specialist who will work supporting users and monitoring systems in a Telco Project. To maintain service without disruption, this role operates in 24x7 shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support and monitor systems in a Telco Project.
• Work in shifts to ensure 24x7 coverage.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain service availability and performance.

Qualifications

• High level of English, work conducted in English.
• Familiarity with MS VBA.
• Interest in process automation and improvement.
• Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with networking concepts.
• Basic understanding of Python.
• Proactive and curious mindset, attention to detail, clear communication, and a positive attitude.
• Availability and willingness to work in 24x7 shifts.
