About The Job

The Exotic Trade Support is the first level of control with a strong operational risk and management approach. These operations are controlled by a global team spread across main financial hubs such as Paris, New York, Hong Kong, and Lisbon. However, Primary is mainly responsible for all Exotic European Trades.

Your Main Activities Are

• Minimize operational and fraud risks by implementing regular controls and reporting issues to relevant teams.
• Escalate identified problems to management, Front Office, and permanent control teams.
• Maintain low risk levels (financial, reputational, regulatory, legal).
• Ensure seamless production flows.
• Identify risk areas within the EXO ISE Trade Support processes and implement relevant controls.
• Regularly challenge the control framework.
• Report operational risks to Risk teams and Trade Support Management.
• Ensure compliance requirements and guidelines are followed.
• Keep procedures and SOPs up to date and adhered to by all teams.
• Establish and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) with relevant teams.
• Close audit recommendations within deadlines.

Profile And Skills To Success

• University Degree (preferably in Finance).
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge of Financial markets, OTC Derivatives, and Swap lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem-solving abilities.
