We're looking for a Junior Treasury Analyst.

A significant amount of time in Paris once hired would be required - minimum 1 month up to 3 months in total.

Client Details

Our client is a multinational service provider within the Technology sector with a recent Shared Service Centre in Porto.

Description

Operations

1. Assist subsidiaries on banking and payment issues;
2. Deliver daily controls and reports on cash flow and payments;
3. Monitor confirmation and settlement of financial operations (FX/Neu
   CP);
4. Update bank signatories whenever required;
5. Manage the opening, closing of accounts and banking services;
6. Elaborate, consolidate and monitor
   - term cash forecasts;
7. Elaborate, consolidate and monitor
   - term cash forecasts and comparisons between realized cash and forecast per entity;
8. Control and report banking fees;
9. Contribute to the current account reset in foreign currencies;
10. Contribute to Kyriba projects and improvement of payment process.

Bank guarantees
- office

1. Issuance within bank tools / paper with legal;
2. Follow-up of release / expiry;
3. Reporting;
4. Kyriba input & fees control / management.

Bank account management
- office

1. Bank account closing / opening;
2. Bank account master data
   - up / update / reporting on Kyriba;
3. Control /
   - up on bank mandates / direct debit.

Profile

• Bachelor's in Business, Accounting or Finance;
• 1-3 years of experience in Treasury or Accounting;
• Good level in English;
• Experience in Excel;
• SAP or Kyriba is highly appreciated;
• Knowledge of basics in internal control, data analysis;
• Rigor & attention to details;
• Excellent communication skills.
