- powered customer experience — to find a motivated Junior Vacation Support Specialist.

? What you’ll be doing:

• Be the
  - to contact for travelers needing help or guidance
• Respond to calls and emails with professionalism, speed, and empathy — even in urgent situations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using provided tools
• Escalate complex problems when needed to ensure quick solutions
• Keep things organized, accurate, and always
  - focused

? What you bring:

• Fluency in Spanish and English (C1) – both written and spoken
• Cool head in
  - paced situations;
  
  you thrive under pressure
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills
• Attention to detail and a structured approach
• Goal-driven,
  - starter who can work independently and as part of a team

? What’s in it for you:

• Full-time, permanent contract (40h/week), rotating shifts between 07:
