What You'll do:

• Design, configure, and manage Kafka-based solutions, ensuring high availability and optimal performance;
• Oversee and maintain the Kafka architecture components, including brokers, producers, consumers, and topics;
• Implement and optimize stream processing solutions for
  - time data pipelines;
• Integrate Kafka with various data sources and destinations across the enterprise ecosystem;
• Support and execute Kafka migration projects, particularly towards Confluent-based platforms;
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to ensure reliable data flow and
  - driven architecture;
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship within the team on Kafka best practices;
• Hybrid Work Model.
  
  
  

• Minimum of 5 years of
  - on experience in configuring and managing Kafka environments;
• In-depth knowledge of Kafka architecture: brokers, producers, consumers, topics;
• Experience with stream processing tools and patterns (e. g. , Kafka Streams, ksql
  DB);
• Familiarity with Kafka integration across different data platforms and enterprise systems;
• Concrete experience in Kafka-to-Confluent migration scenarios is highly valued.
