Overview
Role: Key Account Manager – Off Trade (FMCG)
Responsibilities
- Contributing to the Off Trade strategy by generating customer insights and translating them into actionable plans
- Developing and implementing annual Customer Business Plans tailored to specific customer needs
- Leading customer negotiations and annual agreements, focusing on
- term value creation - Designing and recommending promotional and activation plans aligned with brand strategy and ROI targets
- Acting as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring alignment across internal teams (Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain)
- Driving innovation agendas within accounts to grow category performance
- Leveraging sales data to create
- added business solutions and activations - Participating in strategic planning processes including budgeting and forecasting
Profile
- 5-8 years of experience in Off Trade, including at least 3 years in account management roles (mandatory)
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Advanced negotiation and influencing skills
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities
- Collaborative approach and
- solving attitude - Proven track record of delivering results in a
- paced environment - Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)
- Legal eligibility to work in Portugal (mandatory)
