Key Account Junior
Overview
This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic customer plans, ensuring strong
- functional alignment and high service standards. It also involves nationwide store visits, forecasting, and close collaboration with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the effective execution of the customer plan.
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer service, including
- day response and resolution of issues within agreed timelines. - Maintain a clear understanding of the customer's
- making process, identifying key stakeholders and building strong relationships accordingly. - Foster internal
- functional alignment with the account to achieve volume and profitability targets. - Create and regularly update the store database for the assigned account.
- Provide accurate forecasting to support production planning.
- Manage all administrative tasks related to the customer.
- Conduct weekly store visits across the country to ensure compliance with account plans.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all key customer activities outlined in the plan.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering, with a strong interest in management and commercial functions.
- 1-2 years of experience in FMCG, management consulting, marketing, or sales.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, both spoken and written.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong results orientation, with excellent planning and coordination skills.
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong professional relationships.
