Key Account Manager – MES/MOM Digital Manufacturing

We’re seeking a Key Account Manager to lead strategic client relationships and oversee delivery of MES projects. You’ll manage commercial offers, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure client satisfaction from planning to Go‑Live.

Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts within assigned accounts.
• Lead commercial proposals and billing milestones.
• Coordinate sales and project phases.
• Participate in governance and risk management.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and delivery teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in enterprise sales or account management.
• Knowledge of MES/MOM systems and/or industrial IT.
• Strong communication and sales coordination skills.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
