We are seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager / IT to build and maintain strong relationships with our key clients, understand their needs, and deliver excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include acting as the main contact for clients, collaborating with internal teams, identifying upselling opportunities, analyzing market trends, and participating in contract negotiations. Staying updated on industry developments and technological advancements is also essential.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the IT industry
• Proven success in managing key accounts and meeting sales targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and
  - solving skills
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques
• Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about new products and services
• Willingness to travel as needed
