Key Account Manager / IT
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and
- selling to existing clients. - Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status and sales performance.
- Participate in contract negotiations and ensure all terms and conditions are met.
- Stay updated on industry developments and technological advancements to provide clients with the most relevant solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and
- solving abilities. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques.
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about new products and services.
