Key Account Manager (M/F/D) – Lisboa
Triangle Talent Solutions is recruiting a Key Account Manager (M/F/D) for a leading client in the Lisbon area.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and developing new strategic clients.
- Managing and monitoring key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiating contracts and monitoring their implementation.
- Drawing up commercial proposals tailored to the needs of each client.
- Monitoring KPIs and analyzing results, proposing strategies for account growth and optimization.
- Managing specifications, ensuring that all conditions are met.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a focus on managing large accounts.
- Solid knowledge of drawing up and managing specifications.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
- Ability to negotiate and manage
- term relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical skills and results orientation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
