Palex Portugal, a leading company in the management and distribution of innovative hospital and research solutions, is recruiting a Key Account Manager - Lisboa.

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain relationships with customer management structures.
Apply the business strategy defined for each business line.
Focus on Value Selling, understanding product specifications and their impact on customer health economics.
Maintain current and
- depth knowledge of all products in the range.
Ensure compliance of agreements and service levels with customers.
Coordinate the company's resources (specialists, product managers, technical support) for projects and problem resolution.
Provide troubleshooting support and prepare technical and commercial presentations upon request.
Build strong relationships with key
- makers, especially clinical customers and Key Opinion Leaders.
Attend regional and national meetings as requested.

Profile Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or similar fields.
At least 3 years of experience in a clinical or sales healthcare environment, supporting or selling healthcare products.
Proven sales track record, preferably in the medical device industry, focusing on ultrasound products.
Strong understanding of the medical device market and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
Self-motivated,
- driven, with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
