What You'll Do:
As our Key Account Manager, you'll be a strategic driver of growth, overseeing key commercial partnerships and shaping the future of Bettery in Portugal and beyond. You'll:
- Build and manage strategic relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving ambitious targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both locally and internationally.
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans aligned with customer strategies and mutual growth objectives.
- Optimize promotional activities and trade investments to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate
- functionally with Marketing and Supply Chain for seamless execution. - Manage
- level P&L, ensuring investment efficiency and financial goal delivery. - Use market and consumer insights to adapt customer strategies and boost
- store visibility.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related fields.
- Solid background in Sales and Business Development, ideally in FMCG or wellness/health industries.
- Proven track record managing key customers with strong commercial performance.
- Excellent negotiation and
- driven
- making skills. - Team-oriented mindset with high ownership and accountability.
- Proficient in commercial planning, category management, and sales tools.
- Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English.

Responsibilities:
- Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders.
- Develop trusted advisory relationships with accounts, customer stakeholders, and internal partners.
- Prepare and ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power
Point, etc. ). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
