Key Account Manager
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within our CM business in Europe. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the beauty industry, strong
- building skills, and the ability to drive sales and market growth. Portfolio will be a mix between strategic existing accounts and intensive business development
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ensure needed wiring plan to develop collaboration and strategic alignment
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the CM landscape both in beauty and personal care
- Custom Solutions: Work closely with clients to develop custom beauty product solutions that meet their specifications and market demands
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product implementation and production, to ensure seamless execution of client projects
- Building Relationships and Customer Understanding: To build
- term relationships with customers and understand market trends and requirements including innovative ideas. - Strategic Planning: Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business growth
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends to identify potential opportunities
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and account status updates to senior management. Follow up ongoing projects
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Management or similar
- 5+ years' of relevant work experience as Key Account Manager, preferably in the beauty or personal care
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power
Point, etc. ) - Communication and relational competencies
