Key Account Manager
SVR is a French dermocosmetic brand created in 1962. Working in the pharmaceutical sector, the laboratory proposes effective dermatological solutions for all skin types. Since 2016, with a branch in Portugal, the SVR and LAZARTIGUE team has been developing its work with Portuguese consumers with great prospects for growth and development in the dermocosmetic market in Portugal.
Reporting directly to the General Manager we are currently looking for a Key Account Manager for Parapharmacies (Mass Market) whose main responsibilities will be:
Develop, plan, and implement strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring the Company’s sustainable growth.
Monitor market conditions and industry trends, integrating this knowledge into the company’s marketing and sales strategy.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and anticipate potential threats.
Work closely with the General Manager and Marketing Department to design and execute campaigns aimed at generating new revenue streams.
Manage and strengthen business relationships with key clients and strategic partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction while identifying new client acquisition opportunities. Collaborate across departments (marketing, sales, finance, etc. ) to ensure alignment and synergies in achieving the company’s objectives.
Support the definition of financial goals, budget development, and monitoring of budget execution.
Regularly evaluate the performance of commercial activities through KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
We are looking for:
Responsible for managing strategic accounts within parapharmacy chain groups, developing commercial plans, negotiating terms, and implementing

- out initiatives focused on driving sales results.
At least 5 years of professional experience;
Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar roles;
Fluent in English (written and spoken);
Proficient user of Microsoft Excel;
Strong skills in managing strategic clients in retail;
Strong ability to negotiate margins, promotional plans, shelf space, logistics, and payment terms;
Knowledge of planograms, shelf share, promotions, and
- out activation.
Strong Communication and analytical skills;
Good at time management with strong team leadership ability as well interpersonal relation.
