Your Mission: Manage and grow strategic accounts in Portugal and Spain by selling integrated onshore wind and energy storage solutions, navigating complex deals such as Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and multi‑technology projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a key account strategy for the Iberian region.
- Lead the entire sales cycle for complex, multi‑million Euro deals, from opportunity identification to negotiation and closure.
- Act as a trusted advisor, positioning our integrated wind and storage portfolio as the definitive solution.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with senior decision‑makers (e. g. , CCO, CEO, Head of Energy Procurement).
- Collaborate closely with internal technical, legal, and product teams to structure compelling, technically sound offers.
- Serve as the voice of the Iberian market, providing critical feedback to shape global product and market strategy.
Essential Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in key account management, strategic sales, or business development within the renewable energy sector.
- Proven track record of closing complex B2B deals in onshore wind and/or battery energy storage systems (BESS) within the Iberian market.
- Extensive, existing network of senior‑level contacts within key Portuguese organisations (utilities, developers, large industrials).
- Deep understanding of Iberian energy market dynamics, regulation, and PPA structures.
- Resident of Lisbon, Portugal, or the immediate vicinity, with ability to travel across Iberia.
- Full professional proficiency in Portuguese and English.

As the Director of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Tecnimede’s generics and innovative pharmaceuticals divisions globally, focusing on expanding in key markets.
