Key Program Manager
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Program Managers lead and work on strategic simplification and optimization initiatives across AL organization to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee
- scale transformation programs to simplify organizational structures and optimize operations. - Ensure programs’ compliance with AL’s PMO processes and tooling (gating process, templates, tools).
- Define program roadmaps, set clear milestones, and establish KPIs to measure impact and success.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, functional heads, and project teams to ensure alignment,
- in, and progress visibility. - Provide regular updates and transparent communication on program status, risks, and achievements to leadership.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks while managing escalations proactively.
- Accountable for delivering the program according to the established timeline and budget plan.
- Accountable for program budget management.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to drive complex transformation initiatives, align them with business goals, and inspire
- functional teams. - Proven ability to identify, streamline, and optimize organizational processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Strong ability to analyze operations, interpret data, and develop actionable solutions.
- Very good presentation and communication skills (writing, oral).
- Strong influencing skills to engage leadership, teams, and external partners.
Reporting
Reporting to Group CDIO office Director. Key interactions: Project Managers, DDS CIO, Head of GDS, executive team.
