As wecontinue to grow, we are looking to hire a Senior Analyst to support theteam’s Project Manager and coordinate the work of Analysts across a wide rangeof client engagements.

Description:

Join LGGAdvisors’ growing Knowledge & Insights team, with offices in Porto, Lisbon, London, and Madrid.

Support
- impact consulting projects in the areas of Market and Company
Research, Strategic Industry Insights, and Market Mapping.

Work directly with the Project Manager and interact with global clients acrosssectors, including the US and Europe.

Engage in intellectually stimulating environments with strong learning andleadership development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to the
  Project Manager on client engagements
  
  
• Coordinate and supervise thedaily work of a team of Analysts
  
  
• Deliver ongoing training andmentoring to Analysts
  
  
• Manage daily communication andtroubleshooting with
  - profile clients
  
  
• Prepare
  - ready reportswith structured insights, conclusions, and strategic recommendations
  
  
• Conduct detailed company, market, and industry research for consulting and investment clients
  
  
• Translate complex data intomeaningful and actionable business insights
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years ofprofessional experience conducting research, preparing reports, andsynthesizing data—ideally in Consulting or Financial Services
  
  
• Fluency in English at aproficient level (education or professional experience in an
  English-speaking environment is a plus)
  
  
• Advanced proficiency in
  Microsoft Excel and Power
  Point
  
  
• Solid understanding ofaccounting concepts and ability to interpret financial statements
  
  
• Strong research capabilitieswith analytical thinking and structured
  - solving
  
  
• Business acumen with theability to understand industry dynamics and business models
