About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and
- oriented professional to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our desktop publishing and document workflow applications. If you thrive on solving complex problems and want to make an impact on critical business processes, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of application health (desktop publishing, GED, workflow), ensuring stability and performance.
• Incident management: analyse, resolve and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders and support teams.
• User support for ADOC, providing efficient and effective assistance.
• Collaboration with external partners (OPS/ITG) for incident reporting and change requests.
• Evolutionary and corrective maintenance of ADOC workflows and INSIGHT reporting to meet business needs.
• Design and development of workflow improvements and new features.
• Bug tracking and reporting with the KOFAX vendor.
• Daily reporting for business teams (stock levels, processing flows), including analysis of discrepancies.
• Document modelling to optimise RAD/LAD rates.
• Statistical analysis using INSIGHT and proposing strategies for efficiency improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Technical Skills:

• Experience with KTA and INSIGHT (certification is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of . NET and SQL scripting
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum)

Language Skills:

• French: B1/B2
• English: B1/B2
