What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who goes beyond operation – someone who designs, builds, and optimizes complex environments with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.

Minimum experience required:

• 5 years in infrastructure, 2+ with Kubernetes

Key requirements:

• Proven experience with Kubernetes Vanilla/K8 (on-premises or hybrid).
• Strong background in Linux systems administration (RHEL, Debian, SUSE, etc. ).
• Mastery of Terraform, Ansible, and Infrastructure as Code (Ia
  C) practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Git
  Lab, Jenkins, Git
  Hub Actions, etc. ).
• Solid knowledge in networking, security and troubleshooting of distributed systems.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Ability to collaborate with network, platform, and security engineering teams.
• English: Minimum level B2.
• Portuguese: Native Language or Fluent.

Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters in Linux environments (on-premises and hybrid).
• Automate infrastructure creation and management with Terraform and Ansible.
• Work with platform and network teams to ensure integration and performance.
• Monitor and ensure high availability of systems.
• Implement security and compliance practices in production environments.
• Support the evolution of infrastructure architecture with a focus on scalability and efficiency.

Working Model:

• Hybrid, with up to 3 days a week in the Lisbon office.
• Occasional trips outside Portugal.
