What matters are your language skills and willingness to learn new things!About the project:We are looking for a dedicated  Support Specialist  to assist customers throughout their entire online order journey, including delivery management, shipping investigations, returns, payment transactions, refunds, and both inbound/outbound communication. The role requires handling sensitive customer and client information in compliance with PCI and GDPR policies. Your Responsibilities:Provide

- end support for online orders, including deliveries, returns, payments, and refunds. Handle sensitive customer data in compliance with PCI and GDPR standards. Communicate effectively with customers, couriers, banks, and internal teams to resolve issues. Identify and escalate complex problems while contributing to a
- quality customer experience. Requirements:German level at least C1Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1), with strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Proven
- solving abilities,
- making skills with minimal supervision, and a proactive,
- focused mindset. Strong computer literacy is required, along with previous experience in
- office work using computer systems; knowledge of SAP is a plus. What you will gain:full time contract
Salary without accommodation: 1370 euros gross / month
Salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1050 euros gross / month
