CLIENT: Our client is one of the largest companies specializing in multichannel customer relationships.

Tasks

• Analyze issues of business customers, partners, clients or internal stakeholder’s and find the best ways to resolve them;
• Address issues via chat, email or phone channels, following operating procedures.

Requirements

• European Union Citizenship or Valid Work permit for Portugal or Job Seeker Visa for Portugal;
• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Greek and a good understanding of English (B2/C1 Level);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Fast learning capacity;
• Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information;
• Experience in telephone customer service / call center environment (plus).
