Tasks
- Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.
- Assist with customer feedback and help improve service quality.
Requirements
- Residence Card in Portugal, Job Search Visa, or UE Passport.
- Native or fluent in Turkish (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- A positive and proactive attitude, strong communication, listening, and
- solving skills. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Independence in the use of computer equipment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts if required.
