KYC Consultant – Senior (M/F) – Porto

Responsibilities

• Analyze risk and drive innovation.
• Perform due diligence on CIB clients on low, medium and high‑risk files based upon the scope of work.
• Conduct quality checks on the files of all risks, customers, and complexities.
• Attend and meaningfully contribute to key meetings.
• Design and deliver trainings for new joiners and refreshers for existing staff in collaboration with the KYC Academy.
• Suggest new ideas or ways of working and drive innovation.
• Liaise with the Client Service/KYC Coordination team, Front office, to gather information received from customers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or Legal.
• Experience in periodic KYC reviews or customer onboarding.
• Ability to work in a demanding environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
