What will your role be at SMART?
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 technical support to global users via calls, emails and ticketing platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory, O365, software installation, printers and other common applications.
- Assist with basic networking issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Log, track and document incidents and requests using ticketing systems like Service
Now. - Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Communicate technical information in a clear and
- friendly manner. - Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
- Work independently or collaboratively in a
- paced, multilingual environment.
Language Skills:
- Fluent in English and Italian.
