Position: L1 – Service Desk Technician (English + Italian)
100% Remote – Based in Portugal

✨ About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated L1 Service Desk Technician fluent in English and Italian to join our global support team. This is a remote position based in Portugal , requiring strong technical aptitude, customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently in a
- paced environment.
Work Schedule
8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM GMT, depending on the supported language and region.
Portuguese bank holidays that fall on weekdays must be covered. Key Responsibilities
Provide L1 technical support via calls, emails, and
- service tickets.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate to
- level support teams as needed.
Support
- users globally with professionalism and efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
Fluent in English and Italian (Spanish is a strong plus).
2–7 years of experience in Service Desk / Technical Support (Level 1).
Strong knowledge of: Active Directory, O365, software installation, printers.
Networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
Ticketing systems (e. g. , Service
Now).
Solid
- solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
- demand environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service mindset focused on user satisfaction.
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
