What role will you play?

As Laboratory Manager you will be responsible for the technical set‑up and disciplinary management of our local laboratory infrastructure, reporting directly to the local Head of R&D. You will play a key role in maintaining our infrastructure, following the best practices and continuously improving safety and security rules. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for improvement and ensure state‑of‑the‑art laboratory capacities for our market, as well as exchange information and experience with test colleagues at other locations and cooperate closely with various testing and inspection institutes.

Your profile

• Degree in electrical engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in laboratory management, DVT testing and type testing, with comprehensive knowledge of standards.
• Ideally, intercultural experience and e‑mobility knowledge.
• Responsible for enforcing SI E safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills; business fluent English.
