In the context of a laboratory that provides services for the Pharmaceutical Industry, we are looking for a professional to act as a Laboratory Operations technician, with responsibility over sample management, procurement, client project coordination, and timely delivery of results. - end services for the Pharmaceutical industry to approve and release medicinal products in the EU: Analytical services (Analytical Development, Analytical Method Validation, and Quality Control) and EU Batch certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track the full sample lifecycle, from reception to analysis and storage/disposal, ensuring traceability and compliance with GMP requirements.
• Oversee procurement activities, including the purchasing of laboratory supplies, consumables, and reagents, ensuring timely availability for operations.
• Act as the central point of contact for client project management, ensuring alignment between internal teams and client expectations (timelines, deliverables, updates).
• Plan, monitor, and ensure
  - time delivery of analytical results to clients.
• Support the planning and prioritization of laboratory workload in collaboration with QC and Analytical teams.
• Maintain and improve internal systems for logistics, documentation, and project tracking.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure operational readiness for GMP inspections.
• Communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with internal teams and external clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in laboratory operations, logistics, or project coordination, preferably in a GMP-regulated Pharmaceutical environment;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Familiarity with GMP, sample management systems, and laboratory procurement processes;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment;
• Detail-oriented and
  - driven, with a proactive
  - solving attitude;
• Degree or technical qualification (level IV or higher) in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Logistics, or related fields;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and project tracking systems;
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
