- end services for the Pharmaceutical industry to approve and release medicinal products in the EU: Analytical services (Analytical Development, Analytical Method Validation, and Quality Control) and EU Batch certification.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track the full sample lifecycle, from reception to analysis and storage/disposal, ensuring traceability and compliance with GMP requirements.
- Oversee procurement activities, including the purchasing of laboratory supplies, consumables, and reagents, ensuring timely availability for operations.
- Act as the central point of contact for client project management, ensuring alignment between internal teams and client expectations (timelines, deliverables, updates).
- Plan, monitor, and ensure
- time delivery of analytical results to clients. - Support the planning and prioritization of laboratory workload in collaboration with QC and Analytical teams.
- Maintain and improve internal systems for logistics, documentation, and project tracking.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure operational readiness for GMP inspections.
- Communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with internal teams and external clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in laboratory operations, logistics, or project coordination, preferably in a GMP-regulated Pharmaceutical environment;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Familiarity with GMP, sample management systems, and laboratory procurement processes;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment;
- Detail-oriented and
- driven, with a proactive
- solving attitude; - Degree or technical qualification (level IV or higher) in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Logistics, or related fields;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and project tracking systems;
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
