About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, innovative, and resourceful Landscape Architect to join our Lisbon team. This is a
- time role offering the opportunity to contribute to the design and development of complex Data Center projects, working closely with architects, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and solutions for Data Center projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure cohesive design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Nordic/European building codes, industry regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Oversee the preparation and review of architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Drive design optimization to enhance efficiency, scalability, and operational performance.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet design objectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to incorporate client requirements into design solutions.
• Conduct design reviews and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues.
• Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in Data Center design.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the design team.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Minimum experience per level:
• Intermediate: 5+ years.
• Senior: 8+ years
• Proficiency in Auto
  CAD, Revit, and BIM tools (Revit for BIM modeling and coordination is mandatory).
• Strong communication skills to work effectively across multiple disciplines.
• Ability to effectively communicate design standards to internal and external project partners.
• Ability to work in a
  - paced,
  - tech environment with tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive, proactive attitude.
