- working, and driven by a clear vision for growth. We are seeking a Landscape Plant Care & Turf Applicator to join our team. This role is ideal for a
- oriented and motivated individual with a passion for plant and lawn health. As a Landscape Plant Care & Turf Applicator, you will manage integrated pest management (IPM) and apply
- injected micronutrient fertilizers to lawns, trees, and shrubs. You will also identify and address new plant health care (PHC) issues on our clients' properties. Additionally, you will assist with landscape maintenance services as needed, depending on the season. Join us to develop your skills and grow your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily tasks independently based on electronic work orders.
• Apply fertilizer and pesticides to lawns, trees, and shrubs using a plant health care truck, ride‑on spreader sprayer, and other handheld equipment.
• Demonstrate proficiency with products and techniques used to maintain plant health.
• Prepare for the day's work by loading/filling spray tanks, gas cans, tools, and other necessary equipment.
• Select, mix, and apply fertilizer, insecticides, and fungicides under the direction of a Supervisor.
• Assist other divisions to complete services when necessary.
• Adhere to safety protocols by wearing proper PPE for each task.

Qualifications

• Category WI 3. 0 and 5. 0 pesticide applicator's license or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Experience in applying fertilizer and pesticides or pest control.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in tree and shrub identification.
• Ability to repetitively lift 50lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the plant health care (PHC)/lawn care and landscape industry.

Compensation

$23-$27/hour based on background & experience.
