What Will You Do? (The Launchpad Roles)

The scheme offers
- on experience in a variety of key business functions.

Key Program Features:

• Dedicated Mentorship: Senior members of our team will guide your development throughout the program.
• International Placement: Spend 1 week working and collaborating in our Porto office to gain a truly global perspective.

What Will You Bring to the Table?

This scheme is specifically targeting three individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Applicants: Must be a Maltese citizen or permanent resident in Malta.
• Age: Must be between 18 and 25 years old.
• Education: Not enrolled in higher education.
• Employment: Currently not in employment
• Attitude: Proactive, responsible, eager to learn, enthusiastic, and ready to embrace a professional environment.
