Responsibilities

Legal Advice

• Analyses laws, rulings, contracts, and regulations to address legal concerns and protect the interests of the company.
• Gives accurate and timely counsel to the company in a variety of legal topics (labour law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance).
• Drafts and solidifies agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
• Drafts and reviews the legality of transactions, contracts, agreements, and joint ventures
• Provides legal support to new projects.
• Stays updated with changes in laws and regulations.

Policies & Governance

• Specifies internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.
• Develops and implements legal policies and procedures.

Risk Assessment

• Researches and evaluates different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
• Applies effective risk management techniques and offers proactive advice on possible legal issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience on a same related position
• Degree in Law
• Bar Association
• Proficiency in English
• Willingness to work in a dynamic,
  - cultural,
  - paced environment.
