Role Description

This is a
- time,
- site Lawyer position based in Porto. The role involves providing legal counsel, drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, negotiating agreements, and managing any legal disputes or litigation involving the company. The Lawyer will work closely with internal teams a, offering expertise on property law, corporate policies, and contract management to support Alfa Investments’ operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Property Law, Contract Law, and Corporate Law.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents.
• Analytical skills for reviewing regulatory and compliance matters.
• Professional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and drafting software.
• Good teamwork and the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (required);
  
  legal certification andrelevant licenses are a plus.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English;
  
  additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong
  - solving ability and attention to detail in a
  - paced environment.
• Prior experience in real estate or investments law is beneficial. (1-2 years at least)
