Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic L&D Intern to support our Learning and Development team in designing, delivering, and scaling
- impact learning programs that enable the growth and development of our employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in learning needs analysis: Help identify learning gaps and opportunities for development and provide suggestions on new learning initiatives.
  • Support the design and development of learning materials: Assist in creating presentations, e
    Learning modules, workbooks and handouts, using a variety of authoring tools and technologies.
  • Help coordinate and facilitate learning sessions: Assist in delivering interactive learning sessions on a variety of topics, including soft skills, leadership essentials, and
    - specific training.
  • Assist in the evaluation and optimization of learning programs: Help collect and analyse data on learner feedback, engagement, and business impact, to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support the management of the Learning Management System (LMS): Help maintain and update content, ensuring continued relevance for key users.

Requirements

  • Having recently completed a bachelor's degree or being currently enrolled in a relevant degree (e. G. , Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, etc).
  • Strong interest and desire to learn more about L&D, adult education, and organizational growth.
  • Verbal and written fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
  • Experience with instructional design, facilitation, or learning technology in any context is a plus.
  • Basic analytical skills.
  • Creative and proactive.
