As our Lead, your mission will be to act as the link between the consumer and the brand, providing the highest level of service and inspiring customers by sharing the brand story.

Job responsibilities:

- Use exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques and product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales.

- Manage more complex customer service transactions or situations.

- Provide expertise in one or more areas or functions (shipping and receiving, cashier duties, and customer service).

- Seek ongoing training and education to further develop your expertise.

- Assist managers in conducting formal employee onboarding and training programmes.

- Assist in loss prevention through proactive customer service.

- Assist in coordinating the work of other team members

- May have store opening and closing responsibilities

Job requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 3 years of retail experience

- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
