One of our customers is looking for a Lead AI Scientist to lead their AI team.

Role Overview:

As the Lead AI Scientist, you’ll play a critical role in advancing our AI-driven capabilities for vulnerability detection. You’ll lead a talented team to design, develop, and deploy sophisticated AI logic, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and
- agent systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models for vulnerability detection and reconnaissance.
• Apply LLMs and
  - agent systems to push the boundaries of cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with AI engineering teams and security researchers to enhance system effectiveness.
• Oversee data collection, benchmarking, and analysis to improve model performance.
• Ensure scalability, accuracy, and
  - effectiveness of AI models in production environments.
• Contribute to research papers, blog posts, and presentations showcasing AI advancements.
• Ensure AI ethics with a focus on model safety, fairness, and transparency.

Requirements:

• Strong background in LLMs,
  - agent systems, and
  -
  -
  - art AI techniques and tools.
• Experience leading AI teams and collaborating with
  - functional engineering and research groups.
• Familiarity with data collection, benchmarking, and ensuring model performance in production environments.
• A deep understanding of AI ethics, focusing on safety and responsible AI use.
• Strong communication skills for research papers, blog posts, and presentations.
