An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead AI Technical Manager to take ownership of AI strategy and implementation within a
- thinking enterprise IT environment. This is a hybrid role based in Portugal, with occasional
- person meetings in Lisbon.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the technical roadmap for AI adoption, aligning with the company’s broader automation strategy.
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions to automate internal processes, improve service delivery, and enhance employee productivity.
• Take ownership of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio integration—this is an essential part of the role.
• Explore and deploy Agentic AI capabilities, including autonomous agents for
  - step task automation.
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve generative AI effectiveness.
• Collaborate
  - functionally with IT architecture, data, security, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to AI governance, responsible AI practices, and policy development.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Gen
  AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Open
  AI, Copilot Studio, or similar platforms.
• Solid grasp of enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional communication skills—you’ll engage with both technical and
  - technical stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset with the ambition to build and lead a team over time.
