Role

You will lead the AI strategy. You will design and deliver AI-powered solutions across the buiness units, driving Intelligent Automation initiatives to streamline business processes and enhance productivity.

My client is a global company with a significant investment in AI & Automation, offering the opportunity to influence and own the AI Technology roadmap across the enterprise.

Key Skills

Design and deploy AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments

Strong knowledge of Gen
AI, Agentic AI, LLMs & AI Automation technologies

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio , Azure Open
AI

Enterprise Architecture alignment with AI & Automation strategies

Excellent stakeholder engagement & communication skills ( English )

Experience in AI Governance, Responsible AI practices & policy creation

Familiarity with prompt engineering and optimisation techniques

Cross-functional collaboration (Data, Security, IT Architecture teams)

Location: Hybrid – Lisbon, Portugal (occasional
- site presence)
