- focused solutions. # **Qualifications / What You Need To Succeed*** Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar. If you do not have one but you are really good (and can show it), we still want to hear from you;* 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or architect role;* Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining highly scalable, reliable, and performant backend systems. * Knowledge of software engineering principles, algorithms, data structures, and Object-Oriented Design;* Coding skills in C#. NET, Java and Go (we use these three languages in our team);* Knowledge of Relational &
- relational databases (e. g: Aurora, Dynamo
DB, Redis);* Knowledge of cloud systems (e. g: AWS, Azure);* Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s). * Good communication skills and fluency in English;* Availability to be part of the 24x7
